Withdrawal
With Natsabe you have the right to terminate the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of goods.
To exercise the right to withdraw, you must inform us at one of the following contact details:

If you decide to terminate the contract with Natsabe, we will refund you all payments you made for the products that you sent back, including the cost of delivery (except for the costs of cash on delivery) without any delay and in any case not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day you informed us of the decision. We will refund you with the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
In any case, you will not be charged any fee for the reimbursement. We reserve the right to receive the products returned before refund.

The direct costs to return the products will be at your own expense.
As described in article 24 “Withdrawal right”, the Client cannot exercise the withdrawal right in the following circumstances: (I)if the goods were made to the consumer’s specifications or were clearly personalized; (II) if the goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; (III) sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; (IV) if the goods are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
The Professional Client cannot exercise the Withdrawal right and ask for a refund.
